Refund and Replacement Policy

Thank you for considering MonstroFarm®.  We understand that plants can be affected by various factors outside of our control, such as weather and lighting conditions, which may impact their health. In light of this, we have developed the following refund policy:

We do not offer refunds for plant purchases. However, we do offer replacements or store credit for plants that are found to be unhealthy or damaged at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receiving the product. If a customer reports an issue within this time frame, we will work with them to find a solution that is satisfactory.

To request a replacement or store credit, customers should contact our customer service team at support@monstrofarm.com as soon as possible with details about the issue, including photos of the plant and a description of how it was cared for. Our team will review the information and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate. In some cases, we may request that the plant be returned to us for inspection.

If a replacement is not feasible due to availability or other factors, we will offer a store credit for the purchase price of the plant. Store credits can be used to purchase any of our products.
